STEP ONE: Your assessment
We begin with an assessment session. This is a chance for you to see what we do at Best Body. Our assessment plans are no-cost and no-risk. We'll also make a training plan specifically for you.
STEP TWO: Your training
When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.
STEP THREE: Your membership
Membership works on a month-to-month basis. There are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. Start and stop whenever you want. And the best part? Our fees are the most competitive in the whole downtown area.
STEP FOUR: Your community
At Best Body Fitness, we see everyone as part of a big team. And when you work with a team, you can do great things. Join any of our specialised classes, led by expert instructors. Come to our nutrition classes. Participate in our regular social events. Everything is included in your fee.

The first thing I like in the gym the most is personal training. It is pretty easy to do your best when you khow how to make exercises right. Oh, their membership program which I can start and cancel whenever and without any fees. It is very convenient due to my often business trips.
The thing I enjoy most in the gym is that I can have my private time stretching and strengthen my muscles after spending the whole day sitting on a chair. It can helps my blood vessels flow more easily throughout my body and keeps me fit.

Such a gym would be a fantastic idea, since I have been looking for sth like that for a while. I have the intention to join a gym, but I don’t know how to train, which plan I should follow and how to get the best results in short time. I really wish I could find such a gym near to me.
What would you like most in a gym?
What are the most important things for me in a gym? I'd to say that is a treadmill, dumbbells, gravitron and a good personal trainer. Without a personal trainer, I might get a little bit undisciplined. I also need good equipment to do my workouts, and the freedom to come, and leave in whetever i want, it's so important to me. I really appreciate that!
I would like to train at the gym with an expert private trainer. I also want to join nutrition classes and can access any time at gym when I have a membership. I don't want just a gym membership, I want an expert and a community where I can join and learn together.
First of all I would like most in a gym expert intructors; then the important things are the opening times and the sports equipments.
