Do you know what to say when you want to apologise? Listen out for useful language for apologising. Then, we'll practise saying the new phrases – after this.
Paul: Noelia! I am so sorry! Are you OK?
Noelia: I think so. That was lucky.
Paul: I'm really sorry! I didn't see you!
Noelia: That's all right. I shouldn't have been running.
Paul: No, no, I should have been paying attention.
Noelia: And they teach you not to run inside at school!
Paul: Still, it was my fault and I'm sorry.
Noelia: I'm sorry too. It was both of us. Honestly, it's fine. I'm fine. Don't worry about it. Hey, I saved the laptop though!

Yesterday, i fell on my friend while she was sitting on the floor
when i want to appologise to semone i say : i'm sorry, it's my bad!

A client called my office mobile and he wanted to talked about the offer. He introduced himself and tried to talk about it. As I do not familiar with what he was saying, I told him that the relevant person will call you. After I passed this information to my senior, he asked me what offer he wanted to talk about. I said I am sorry, I didn't catch his voice.
This afternoon I went to the swimming pool to have swimming lessons. We tried to do crawl with a pull buoy between our legs to learn the arm’s technique . We were swimming one behind the other but I was swimming faster than the woman in front of me and at the end I hit her feet .It was my fault and I apologised. Later we were swimming on the back and on arrival I couldn’t see the others and I hit them .I apologie one mor time but honestly it was fine and we laughed.
Last week, I fell on my daughter while we were playing.
Last weekend, I rushed into my office as I was late about fifteen minutes to attend meeting and I slipped and slid on the floor, then hit the table. I said I'm sorry and that is my fault.
