I agree because, if you stop talking thinking your vacabulary is not the best one, you'll miss the opportunity to comunicate and, in communication, if you don't know the perfect word, you can use another one, and your idea is anderstood as well. You don't have to be perfect, you have to be understood and, little by little, you are going to absorb new vocabulary, and your confidence will grow.

Once I've heard a wisdom motivational phrase about learning English. I can't recall from the top of my head the precise words but I'll try to express the main meaning of it.
