No, but I walk with my husband every day and dance alone at home.
definitely after work at half past six in the evening, i back to home, prepare my self to take some workout in the room or go to the gym, I usually take exercise it's around 1 to 2 hours until I can't take the weight.
At the moment, I am not working and I don’t have any classes. However, I do have an online course that doesn’t have a specific schedule, because it’s pre-recorded and I can start it whenever I want.
About three years ago, I was very busy. I had a job and I went to university. Besides these, I also took several courses such as English language classes, computer classes, and others.

Yes I do. I meditate every day for mental health. Sometimes I do breathwork. I also do exercise classes every day: I walk, swim or take tai chi classes.
Yes, I do. Sometimes I take aerobics classes after work. Those classes are amazing because yo can move your whole body and you can take the stress out of the day.

I usually practice yoga in the morning to find balance between body and mind.
In the afternoon, I enjoy running outdoors to breathe in energy and recharge.
These habits help me stay harmonious with myself and others.
They are not classes, but I work out and practise some other skills I'd like getting.
