Unfortunately, recently I haven’t watched any documentary films because I simply don’t have time. However, when I was a child, I really liked watching documentaries about animals. Every Sunday afternoon, a documentary narrated by the legendary Sir David Attenborough was broadcast on TV. Of course, I watched it with a Polish voice-over, but I still remember his voice even though I didn’t understand English at that time.

I agree that plastic pollution is a serious global problem, especially because it causes long-term damage to marine life. However, I believe it is not too late to change if both individuals and governments take responsibility and reduce single-use plastic.

There's one in Netflix called The Social Network. It made me think a lot of how much time a spend on social media and I'm trying to reduce it.

The environment is the foundation of our lives. Yet too often, people treat protecting it as someone else’s responsibility. That mindset is dangerous. We must act now—not later—and we must teach our children to value and safeguard the planet.

Protecting the environment isn’t optional; it’s a shared duty. Every small action matters, and together they add up to real change. By living responsibly today and educating the next generation, we ensure a healthier, more sustainable tomorrow.

Thank you so much for the reading material. What an informative review that definitely inspired me to watch the documentary!

I would recommend That sugar film: the rules. It is interesting because we have around a lot of products which contain a huge of number of sugar. Who is interested in watching  this film could own up the risk that it represents to your health.
