When drafting a professional email, I follow a specific structure. I begin by introducing myself and my department. In the second paragraph, I state the purpose of the email and outline my requirements. Lastly, I conclude with a formal closing and express my gratitude.

In an email requesting help, I try to write directly and clearly. I include all important details, such as dates, times, and names. I also use short sentences, because I don’t have time to read long emails, especially at work.

Thank you a lot for question. Firstly, if I write an email to someone  asking for help, I will start with introducing myself and I explain my situation that why I need help with it. Everyone knows that, It depends on who will receive the email, that it will be formal or informal. Thank you a lot for your attention. Honestly, I usually make quite a lot mistakes. 😅

I would start with a formal and friendly opening: I hope you are well, then I explain my situation, and describe why I am seeking your help, ending with thanks for your attention and response.

If I needed help from someone, I would start with a greeting and subject of the problem, I would offer a favor if they agrees for help, and conclude with my email contact.

What should you include in an email asking for help? Firstly, I will introduce to my recipient to Good day, then explain my facing problem, and finally I request for a meeting.
