Actually, I haven't had a job interview in a long time because companies approach me on my own terms. At least, that's been the case for the past seven years. I don't need to prove myself to anyone after all these years of experience (over 25 years in my field); on the contrary, I'm the one who recommends others for jobs.

When I prepare for a job interview, I first analyze the job offer. Then I review technical topics, because in my case there are many terms and definitions that I should know.

Additionally, I do a few practical tasks that I might encounter during the interview. I also practice a short self-introduction in English and talk about my experience.

If I have time, I look at the company’s website where I am applying, but I do this very rarely because I usually don’t have time for it.

Well, to answer your question, I'd probably say that I usually practise answering  the most important questions that might be asked in the interview. For this purpose, I go through the company's website and understand their moto first and what they are looking for in a candidate. These searches and information I collect help me in the interview. Through out my career, I've given a lot of interviews. And the most interesting one was for the job of a telephone operator.

To prepare for a job interview, you should read about the company, what are its vision and values? and what services does the company provide?, you should also to prepare your answer for a common interview questions, and you have to be realistic while you are preparing your CV, you should also wear nice: formal or smart casual clothes, don't forget to arrive on time, the last two advises are very important for the first impression.

Especially we should look at the company' swebsite. Then we must read about the information we need . We should dress clean and  presentable. Look like a good and professional person. Conversation is the most important thing  so we must be talkative in the interview

Before the interview you need to get ready. Read about the company. Think about what questions they can ask you. Practise your answers with a friend. Wear clean and nice clothes. Go early and smile. This will help you feel happy and ready.
