If you mean the traditional paper dictionary, I effectively don't use it anymore; if, on the other hand, you mean the online dictionary—which isn't complete, though—I use it often.
I always use a virtual dictionary to study English and to teach Portuguese for foreigners. I still have a paper dictionary, but I don't use it anymore.
I never use a dictionary , because the technology replace it. If i need to know the mening of a word , i use my smartphone.

And when i need a definition specific I look up in RAE website if is in spanish.
