Personally,I would choose the part of solving conflicts  since teamwork where different perspectives exist lead to few misunderstandings that must be solved before it becomes bigger.

The conference programme topics are quite interesting for me. Among the topics, I would like to attend 'Leading in uncertain time ' by Ommar Abboud which is what I need to learn and develop self-confidence. Before leading the team, I want to know how I can lead positively in a time of uncertainty.

In my opinion, the conference session titles are quite interesting. Personally, I would be glad to attend the "Giving Feedback" workshop, which I found particularly interesting. As far as I’m concerned, many business leaders are not capable of giving constructive feedback, and this often leads to a poor working atmosphere and affects teamwork within the company. I strongly believe that communication skills are essential for managing a business effectively, whether it is large or small.

I would like to learn about conflict management. It's interesting to learn how to deal with different POVs and manage the consequences of this. Thinking differently from each other naturally causes conflict, which is completely normal.

I would attend all of them because most of the sessions sound very interesting to explore. However, there are two that especially caught my attention.

The first one is Giving Feedback by Amelia Noback. Most of us know that having good communication skills is extremely valuable because it helps avoid misunderstandings and allows people to understand what they need to improve or polish in order to achieve excellence and avoid repeating bad situations.

The second session is Leading in Uncertain Times by Omar Abboud because uncertainty has been one of the greatest battles of my life. Lately, I’ve been struggling with my fear of failure and not succeeding because I do not know what is going to happen tomorrow. Therefore, I tend to be very hard on myself since I want to become successful in the future.

However, at the end of the day, even if I prepare myself for every situation, life itself is uncertain.

I would like to participate in the conference on the use of storytelling in leadership communication. I firmly believe it is one of the best ways to communicate to our teams what we really need to do and the best way for them to understand the message.
