A message to a new friend

Hi Lucia
How are you? It was so nice to meet you last week in Sydney at the sales meeting. How was the rest of your trip? Did you see any kangaroos? I hope you got home to Mexico City OK.
Anyway, I have the documents about the new Berlin offices. We're going to be open in three months. I moved here from London just last week. They are very nice offices, and the location is perfect. There are lots of restaurants, cafés and banks in the area. There's also public transport; we are next to an U-Bahn (that is the name for the metro here). Maybe you can come and see them one day? I would love to show you Berlin, especially in the winter. You said you have never seen snow – you will see lots here!
Here's a photo of you and me at the restaurant in Sydney. That was a very fun night! Remember the singing Englishman? Crazy! Please send me any other photos you have of that night. Good memories.

I generally make plans with friends by using what's up, it's more effective than other tools.
Most of the time I use to phone or send messages via WhatsApp when making plans with friends.
I am not often make plans with my friends. Because I only spend time with my family. I don't like social media,because it make me more busy, I hate it. In China, we only allowed use the Wei-chat, the google, facebook,whatsapp was not allowed to use. Many people never heard the whatsapp.
Hi! I'm connected with my friends on WhatsApp. It's a very popular app in my country.
I make phone calls to my friends if we wanna meet.
I usually make plans with friends on WhatsApp because nowadays it is the most common social network used by people. So, it’s easier to contact any of my friends there than using any other method.
Therefore, I also use phone calls when it is about something urgent and I need an immediate answer.
Unfortunately, I am not a planner for personal activities. It’s really funny because in all my last jobs one of the main responsibilities are to plan activities, strategies and make all the actions real. But when it is about my personal life it becomes really difficult for me.
I liked it it was a good test.
I usually chat whit my friends to meet me whit theirs. Sometimes we send a text message, this way it’s very common in USA
