I'd like attend Mariana Silva's programme on Developing creative thinking because it will help me to develop new perspectives, improve my problem-solving skills, and support my personal growth also seeing what's popular trend today.
Reading is the key that unlock the doors of knowledge , vocabulary and imagination. Every great journey begins with opening a book.
The conference I'd attend is on management styles because by thinking deeply about them, we can adopt a style that best fits our team's abilities.
I would attend the section before the afternoon because i want to have lunch and i`m not interested in this conference.
Actually, all conferences are really beneficial. I want to attend Akira Yoshida's and Omar Abboud's conferences because I have experienced some bad situations and uncertain events recently. So, I really need to learn how to manage and deal with these challenges. I need to learn to see the positives that come from change. It will make me a stronger leader :)
This reading is not only improving my reading skill, but also giving me necessary information and ideas to learn new things for work. If I have the chance to attend the sessions, I would like to attend the conflict management and managing style because I think they are the root of all to fix before things messing up after passing decades.

This reading help me as a part to improve my reading skill. My choice for a meeting to attend will be 'leading small businesses' by Cheng Wei. My reason for choosing this meeting is I need to lead businesses from a small stage so to be a leader is to be a learner.
I would attend the Management Styles Session, as the more a person can manage and control himself, the better he can lead others and get the best work from them.
Thanks for the lesson. I would choose managing change session beacause it isn't only useful in the management of our business but also for handling changes in our personal lifes.
