Hello! My name is Pablo, from Gran Canaria (Spain). I don't really use AI, specially for environmental reasons and perhaps because I still appreciate analogical ways of living. I'm not a technophobe at all, as you can see me in this course. Though is a matter of choice: I love 'natural' intelligence - can´t see shortcuts (comfort, easiness, etc.) as a good way for human progress. It's up to everyone - my way is the 'rustic' one, as much as possible.

Thank you very much for the information you provided. After returning from maternity leave, I felt a little overwhelmed seeing how much AI had become integrated into almost every process, and I wasn’t quite sure where to start. This video was very informative and gave me a much clearer perspective. Thank you again for sharing it.

I have used copilot, and meta AI.

Just a couple of times. Just trying out some things. I used them to generate images. I used copilot to make some quizzes for English lessons I have taught in a junior and senior high school that I teach in.
