Obviously, this is the sequel to Fun in the City, which is a film I didn't like so it's fair to say my expectations were low. So, you could say I wasn't disappointed, as it met my expectations. It was awful! It was so awful, I'd rather not spend any more time on it by talking about it. But, that wouldn't be a film review and I think I owe you all a review to save you wasting your money going to see it.
So, it starts off with this big wedding scene. And, I won't go into why, but the whole scene is just there so they can make this one joke. It's not even a funny joke ... it's just, ah, it's just terrible. It's got nothing to do with the rest of the film. Anyway, it starts there. Then, instead of the characters and the plot staying in New York where the original film was set, one of them wins a ticket to India and decides to take all her friends. It's what directors do when they've run out of ideas … let's take our characters on tour!
Anyway, they gossip, cry and shop, and they repeat this until the end. No real people would ever act like this. I didn't have any sympathy for their problems or even care what happened to them. Don't go and see it, you'll only encourage them to make another sequel. The world doesn't need three of these films. Please save your money and go and see the other big film this week: Twilight Mirror.
So, if you're a fan of the book it's based on, you're probably as excited as I was about this. For everyone else, this is a film fans have been waiting ten years to see. I have to confess, I was a bit nervous. I'd seen the posters and they didn't look right. I didn't love them at all. And I wasn't sure about the actors they cast either. So I went in not sure what to expect. But … I loved it.
One thing I really liked about it was the pace. They went backwards and forwards between the real world and the computer world and it worked really well. The special effects brought the computer world to life and I totally believed in it. But, more than that, I felt emotionally connected to the story and the characters. The whole film worked on so many levels. It reminded me of going to the cinema as a child – how much fun that was. I can't recommend it enough.
Hii! My name is Tsaniyah from Tanjungpura University, so I watched Wonder yesterday. Anyway, I've read the novel and I really like it, so I had high expectations for the film, but I think the movie was a little different from what I expected, I felt like some parts of the movie were a little rushed, so I couldn't really feel the emotions as much as when I read the novel. But maybe it's because the novel has different points of view, and if they put everything into the movie, it would be too long, right? but still, I enjoyed the movie and it was such a good adaptation
My name is Fajar and I'm from Universitas Tanjungpura. The last film I watched was Encanto. This film is great, because I love the story. How the story gave us an insight that not all the magic or gifts make a person valuable, and that unrealistic family expectations can hurt the people we love most. It reminds us that empathy and simply showing up for one another are far more important than perfection.
The last movie I saw was Spider-Man. I appreciated the solid acting and character development—specifically Tom Holland's performance—highlighting a more mature and emotionally balanced Peter Parker who navigates independence, grief, and complex relationships. I also valued the shift toward more realistic, street-level combat. I loved the realistic portrayal of New York and the balance between emotional depth and a comic-book visual aesthetic.
The last film I watched was AVATAR.It was amazing for me because I like the effects and I love science fiction films. I could watch it many times and I won´t get tired.Also,my favorite films forever are Matilda and Ghost.

I agree with you! Avatar sounds like a very interesting film, especially because of its amazing effects and science fiction story. From the audio, I learned that a good film is not only about visual effects, but also about the story and the characters. I think this is important because good characters can make us feel emotionally connected to the film. I also think it is nice that you can watch Avatar many times without getting bored. Matilda and Ghost also sound like memorable films to you. Overall, I think everyone can have different opinions about a film depending on what they like.
I watched Allahyaar and the Markhor, what I can say that it was amazing it taught us to protect animals and the environment and say no to hunting. Check it out you all will love it. ❤️❤️❤️
Last weekend I watched Oxygen. It’s the kind of film that doesn’t seem very promising at first, but ends up delivering a lot (as we say in Portuguese 😊). First of all, it’s a French film, which already makes it a bit different from what we’re used to hearing. It begins with a woman waking up inside a capsule, and you can immediately feel how suffocating the situation is, just like the main character does.
For about an hour, the film focuses on her struggle to escape. Two key elements drive the story: she doesn’t remember who she is, and the oxygen is running out. She tries to contact family members, and although some of them answer, no one is able to give her the help she needs: the password to open the capsule.
Throughout the film, she experiences memory flashes that gradually help her understand what is happening. These memories are sometimes triggered by the people she contacts, and sometimes by the lack of oxygen itself.
At first, she believes she is part of an experiment, but later she realizes that she is actually a clone… and that she is in space.
The setting remains the same throughout the film, which could feel repetitive, but in my opinion, the ending is quite unexpected. There are other details I won’t reveal. Even though I like spoilers, I know most people don’t 😊
The last film i watched was GOAT, a remarkable animated film that works on all levels. It has heart and soul plus a fresh look that matches its 'urban' environment.The voice acting is superb, and the animation is phenomenal. For me, you have to watch this film with your kids and familly.. And the film casts basketball professional player to play the the main caracter, Stefen Currie. I loved it.
The last film I watched was Hamnet - Life before Hamlet, directed by Chloé Zhao. It's an incredible film with excellent direction, inspirational photography, and an outstanding cast.
This story is based on the novel Hamnet by Maggie O'Farrell, a writer who did deep research into Shakespeare's life.
As the title suggests, this film explores a possible inspiration for the play Hamlet: the death of Shakespeare's son. The boy was almost ten yers old when he may have been infected with a serious disease - possibly the Bubonic Plague, although no one can confirm that.
I could talk about this film for hours, but I especially want to highlight the performance of Jessie Buckley. Her acting is impressive, a true masterpiece.
If you’ve read this far, watch this film. It might be the best thing for your heart.
The last movie I watched was lord of the rings. I decided to watch it because it is very popular and most people like it, so I though it was a safe pick. However, it was not my thing, I found it boring and i would never watch any sequel. I know it is mainstream, everyone seems to love it, but it's just not the kind of movies I like.
