Hello mosab salah,

Thanks very much for your suggestion. This is something we have considered, but I'm afraid for various reasons, it is unlikely that we will be able to offer this feature anytime soon. I know some users keep track of their progress themselves on paper or in a spreadsheet, though of course that is up to you.

All the best,
The LearnEnglish Team

I think would be great if as a member have more tasks like the" Tasks 2". I learn in an active way and what is more important, it is on of the sample like the IELTS Test.

Hello Ardit,

Thanks for the comment. It's always useful to hear feedback on what is most helpful on the site.

If you're preparing for the IELTS exam then you should look at our site for IELTS candidates. It has advice and tips on the exam and many practice exercises, including mock exams with keys and sample answers. You can find it here.

Best wishes,

Dear Mr. Peter
I would like ask you about the meaning of " rub off" in lesson. When I look up the dictionary, it means " clean " . But I am still concernedly

Hello beachsunny,

The definition that is given in the Cambridge Dictionary is the correct one for this context. The idea is that your happiness and positive attitude will be passed on to the people around you.

I am a new member. My major is Finance & currently I am in charge of Management accountant in Danish Company. I would like to find some lesson in relation with my major to improve my knowledge as well as my English skill.
Please advice me
Thank a lot

Hello Huỳnh Ngọc Huyen,

This Business & Work section is where all of our materials specifically related to business are located. The only page I know of that deals with finance specifically is this one, though I'd encourage you to use our search facility to look for related content that might interest you.

I imagine that there are loads of resources available for reading and listening about finance, which you could find by doing a search like 'business english finance', for example. You might also want to read newspapers like The Guardian or visit the BBC to search for stories on these topics as well.

Good luck!

All the best,
The LearnEnglish Team

Thanks a lot with those useful lesson. Just one feedback, why don't you put a box for learner to attempt when they finish their work one by one lesson.

Hello hongminh2307,

Thank you for the suggestion - we will keep it in mind.

By the way, some of our users make a list of all the pages they complete, and some even record their scores in the exercises on each page. What you suggest would be easier, of course, but this might be an idea for you for now.

Thanks again!

All the best,
The LearnEnglish Team

Many thanks for this lesson which is interesting to learn english language but also to learn how to develop our emotional intelligence. I will try to practice both as soon as I could !
