Actually very good topic to talk about, for me the best ever thing i can do to relieve stress is to do something that i love, some people like reading, others like cooking, for me studying english helps me to feel confident and relaxed, any way from my point of view to do your hoppy will make you much better.

When I get stressed I can not concentrate any other works. My brain can not function properly. Even worse I am about to have a stroke. So the best way is to avoid stess. It is little bit nonsense but I try to distract and step back if it starts to boil up.

When i have stress, i'm now very angy with people around me, i know it's not good but i can't control myself. Then I think why that, I need to calm down, and have positive attitude. If have anyone to share when have stress, its very good. Sometime, stress is motivation to improve skills of myself.

my day to day life is not so much stressful but I remain stressed about my future. I relieve my stress by visiting my friends or watching any comedy show. visiting new place or breaking routine is also useful to me to get rid of stress.
Stress theory is helpful to some extent but it has no solution for everything and is not effective all the time, for me having no expectation is very good policy, i try to adopt it.One thing is natural that everyone has a lot of expectations from his loved ones so do i.when they intentionally do not come up to my expectations or they go against my expectations, i feel very bad.
