Hello Tai le,

I'm happy to try to help you with the sentence but I'm not sure what exactly the point of confusion is. What exactly in the sentence is not clear? Is the use of one of the words or phrases confusing, or perhaps a grammar structure? If you can be as specific as possible then we'll be better able to help you.

Best wishes,

Hello Mousa,

In the IELTS you can hear many different accents, not just one. We try to have a variety of British accents in our recordings and videos. By the way, if you are preparing for the IELTS, I'd recommend you take a look at our IELTS section and at TakeIELTS, where there is lots of useful information and free practice materials.

All the best,

it takes about 45 minutes to listen more than one time , doing the tasks and look up new words in dictionary . how do conceder this time for this lesson? thanks a lot

Hello nicky62,

There are no guidelines on how long you should spend on a page. As a teacher, I'm glad to hear that you spend a long time on the page and that you listened more than one time. This means that you have had a lot of contact with the grammar and vocabulary. In general, the more contact you have with the language, the better.

It sounds like you are working well, but if you're interested, there are some ideas on how to use our site on our Frequently asked questions page that you might find useful.

All the best,
The LearnEnglish Team

thank you for this great topic!! I like it

I have seen that the most companies prefer to help with money some NPO´s which have volunteers or employees specialized in some social action. That´s because to keep employees only for that is more expensive and less effective than to contract an Organization that works specifically with social cares.

Business ethic and corporate social responsibilities are strongly encouraged in most countries. Nowadays, companies recognize their responsibilities toward the society they operate in, you can easily notice how they elaborate their contributions to the society in their companies' websites and in their annual report. This is a kind of healthy culture and we should keep it up!
