Hi, It’s almost same the famous Afghan food, we called Kabuli palov in Afghanistan.

We are entering a period of cold weather in France, during which I like to cook vegetable soup with meat.
For example, the chicken in the pot is a recipe with a boiled chicken.
I take a very large saucepan with 3 liters of water. Then I stuff the chicken with sausage meat, onion, garlic, mixed herbs, milk and chopped bread.
I prepare vegetables, carrots, leeks, turnips, parsnips and so on like fennel or celery.
I put them in the stew with stuffed chicken, salt, pepper, cloves, four spices.
Cook for about two hours over medium heat.
Then I prepare mushrooms, cooked in a very small amount of butter.
I take some broth in the pot and I mix with flour to make a white sauce in which I add the mushrooms.
Finally, I put rice in a saucepan I cover with chicken broth and I cook for 10 minutes.
"The chicken in the pot" is ready, enjoy your meal, you will not be cold.
You can eat the meat with the vegetables and white sauce for the lunch and the broth with noodles for the dinner.

Rice and safran.
It is a recipe from the Northern part of Italy.
Here is a simplified version of the orignal recipe that is more complex and requires more ingredients.
Pour some oil in a pan and fry the rice and the sliced onion for a while. If you are not a vegetarian, you could add some sausages made of chopped meat.
Boil some water in a different pot and pour the hot water on the rice in order to avoid roasting. When the rice is near to complete the cooking, smash the safran with some water and add it into the rice. The result is a beautiful yellow rice.

The best dish my husband like : chopped meat with hot spices
Chop the meat, put it in bowl. add : salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, basil, black pepper, ginger, chilli pepper, thyme, dried mint, rosemary
cover the bowl and put it in refregerator for two hours
after 2 hours, add one egg and mix
forms small meatballs and fry . serve them hot

Hi, i'm Sofia. I'm 22 years old and i'm living and studying in Milan.
I found a new dessert and i fell in love with it: it's a Guinness black chocolate mousse.
I think it's easy to make it. You'll need:
8 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped or grated
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted Kerrygold Irish butter
1/4 cup superfine sugar
3/4 cup Guinness stout
3 large eggs, separated
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream.

The first step is to combine the chocolate, butter, and sugar in a small bowl set over a pan of simmering water, or in a double boiler.
Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the Guinness and whisk in the egg yolks. Remove from the heat.
In a small bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Fold the cream into the chocolate mixture.

With clean beaters, in a medium bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whites into the chocolate mixture.
Fill 8 wine or parfait glasses three-quarters full with the chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate while preparing the white chocolate mousse.
