It's good to express your emotions but don't lose control!

In an interview situation it’s always good to express yourself and to convey your feelings, however there is a limit.  You don’t want to put yourself in a situation that causes you to become over-emotional and perhaps lose control – this could jeopardise the success of your whole interview.

In order to avoid this, think about the kind of things that you may be asked about in an interview that could cause you to get emotional – a pet that died recently, an exam you failed, an argument you had with a friend. By thinking about them in advance you can mentally prepare yourself to talk about them, or our best advice would be to try to avoid talking on these sensitive subjects altogether and wherever possible answer the question using a different example.

Hi all ^^ I' very happy to found that site. I thought I was not perfect but not too bad at English. I'm learning English in India. It has been 4 months since I came here. This morning I took very simple online test on reading, grammar, vocabulary, listening. But I was shocked by result. I've already finished upper intermediate level. But result showed me that I was in intermediate level. OMG. How could I think that I was over upper intermediate level. From now, I will do my best. I will study with this very useful, efficient site and of course, with all of you. Wish luck for me ^^ Good luck friends and teachers.

in my own opinion the speaking part of the test is the hardest but someone told me that is it easier than reading, listening and writing because in speaking you can use your own word to elaborated what is in your mind, or i mean it is your own idea. well, i am very thankful on this page for giving more ideas.

hello ronnie:) i hope u r ok.yeah that's true the speaking part of the test is the easiest one , easy and clear questions then a simple topic. For me , the reading comprehension is the most difficult . it's difficult because time is not enough at all, three long texts in just one hour!!! it's too hard to complete them even they are simple and  comrehensible. this is my opinion and i'm so upset about that . In the exam day you have to read the questions first in order to have an idea what the text is about then you have to be fast as much as possible in answernig the rest of the questions .good luck

Thanks for all the tips...
I really have learned much more ...
I had my own self-test to test my English skills..
After checking the answers I can't believe that I just made very few mistakes.
So that I can rate myself with 7/10.. This encourages myself a lot.
Thank you so much again !
