Weak forms are syllable sounds that become unstressed in connected speech and are often then pronounced as a schwa.

Example
In the sentence below the first 'do' is a weak form and the second is stressed.

What do you want to do this evening?

Weak forms are very common in English. Listen carefully and fill in the gaps with the missing words typed out in full.

looking for a help.

Hello Phuong,

Welcome to LearnEnglish! Any audio or video content that is downloadable is indicated. On this page, for example, there is a link to download the audio content, so it is downloadable. You have to click on the link with the right button of your mouse, and then choose the 'Save as...' option. If that doesn't work, please let us know.

Almost all of our audio content is downloadable, but most of our video content is not. If you have a mobile device or tablet, you can also download some content onto your device - see the apps on our Apps page for me.

All the best,
Kirk

it's my first time to be here and I want to improve my English skills but I have a problem i'm so shy person I can understand well but I can't express oneself when I need that,,,
plus I have a problem with grammar when I should to use the tenses when i'm speaking

Hello Mary,

Welcome! I'd suggest you read our Help page and especially the method described in the second paragraph of the answer to How can I improve my speaking?, which is a method that has worked very well for many of our users.

As for grammar, you could look through the Verbs section of our Grammar Reference. But if you use the method described on our Help page for improving your speaking, you'll find explanations of grammar and exercises for practising it in the resources mentioned - I'd recommend Word on the Street in particular for this.

All the best,
Kirk
