Please could you let me know what it is stand for ?
  Thank you

It's resourceful.

This article is very interesting, but some expressions is too difficult to say for me.

thank you for this recording and it could be better if you add an exercise of filling the gaps to test our listening skill especially for the words that may sound new or difficult to pronounce.

Thank you for your's very useful for me.Thanks !!^^

Hello I'd like to ask about meaning of a word of emotional intelligent lecture. What does it mean in a given context "invalidate". Thank you.

Hi Mabool

In this lecture, the speaker describes everybody's emotional responses as equally valid. If we criticise or deny people's emotional reactions, we 'invalidate' them. For example, if I play a trick on my friend that I think is very funny. If my friend gets upset and I think his emotional response is not right, I am invalidating his emotional response.

I think that's what it means.

The LearnEnglish Team

Thanks for the lessons. They are all intereting.

Thank you very much for this listening on 'emotional intelligence'. It's just what my Adult learners and I have been discussing and will be very useful to listen to today.
Thank you, and best wishes

I agree with the coment submitted by Malpernia.
In fact, sometimes there are expressions/phrasal verbs that do not appear in the Cambridge Dictionary: i.e to rub off in this podcast.
Anyway, the Web is excelent! Congratulations!
