This topic is really interesting because it give some insight of how managers can improve the performance of the company for which they work. Particularly, manager's motivations and other personal attributes seems to be a key factor to increase productivity. By taking this suggestions into account we maybe can aslo improve our own performance in the working place where we are.

I agree that motivation in the workplace is a good point . It really works.

I always Motivate myself whenever I feel down. Motivation is part of every individual even five sense animal requires motivation. For example, if you want to get more milk from cow, you have to soothingly touch the body of the cow and you have to behave friendly.
If it is the case for animals, man will always expect some motivation from his peers, boss , wife , husband , children etc. The motivational tools may be different for different person and different situation.
