Hello everyone, actually I do not get chance to enjoy Shakespeare literature.. But now I am interesting in it

Hello ji bhagwan,

There are a lot of events related to Shakespeare happening around the world this year. If you live near a British Council Centre in India, I'd suggest checking with them, as they are likely sponsoring some events that might be of interest to you.

To begin with,I have read Hamlet,and I am really fond of it;secondly,I am a student,so I don't get a job.Finally,what's a pity,I haven't visit any birthplace of any famous writer or artist.

Firstly,I have watched the Chinese version of Hamlet, its an adapted movie base on the hamlet play . they didn't changed the story line , but they add some ancient chinese dancings in it . the movie is called , what I enjoyed the most of it was the music and the atmosphere they created . the tone of the movie is quite sad . and it had reveal the corruption of ancient dynasty along with the love between the empress, the prince and the servent girl.
Secondly, I don't have a job that different from what people expected , because all the works that I did were so simple and easy , for instances , restaurant server , deli clerk, food runner , busboy . low pay and low education required. people wouldn't even think about it .
Thirdly , I have never been to any artist's or writer's house , even if I living in new York , I only going back and forth from home to work . as simple as that.

is this Shakespeare courses same as the one on futurelearn ?

Hello Chickenteriyaki,

Good to see you again! These pages are not exactly the same as the content of the FutureLearn course, though I believe some of the videos are shared. I haven't seen the course there, but I expect that it is much more detailed.

I have never seen a Shakespeare play, but I've read and studied some plays at school. I would like to read Shakespeare in English.

Your 'listen and watch' Stratford 1 : Shakespeare, Glove maker doesn't seem to work !! I've been waiting for 'hours' to watch it, but nothing comes...

Hello camille roussel,

The video is working fine when I test it, so I can only guess that this is a compatibility issue. Perhaps try accessing the site via a different browser to see if this solves the problem - let us know the results if you do.

Best wishes,
