Hello myozaw,

The video is working fine when i test it so I suspect the problem may be related to the equipment you are using.  The video requires Flash compatibility, so that is the first thing to check.  If you are using some mobile devices, for example, this will be a problem.  Could you let us know what device and operating system you are using? We will then try to help you find a solution to the problem.

Best wishes,

Dear british council and the learn english team,
I want to know when you will renew or change the videos of uk culture as i've already finish those videos

Hello ahmed only,

I can't give you a concrete answer as the production of such videos is a large project and takes some time.  However, we do note which videos are of most interest to our users and plan new material accordingly, so thank you for mentioning this.

Best wishes,

which sentence is grammatically right
I shaved myself or i shaved

Hi ahmed only,

The verb shave is often followed by a possessive adjective plus a body part, e.g. "Many cyclists shave their legs." When speaking of men shaving their faces, however, we often just use the verb with nothing following it, e.g. "He shaves every morning".
