I eat all this foods and also olive oile which is a very important ingrediant in my breakfast routine

All foods here I like to enjoy in the morning except pasta, but which I eat at lunch or dinner sometime.
Of course when my friends come to visit me, I suggest to eat Japanese food, just like sushi and sashimi that I love very much.

I don't like to eat beans, porridge, or jam. I always put butter on my bread. I never put jam or even cheese on.

Usually, for breakfast, I eat toasted bread with butter or cereals with yogurt. I always drink a black coffee to awaken. I also like sometimes to drink hot chocolate at the weekend.

For lunch, sometimes I eat salad, or pasta with hot cheese, or seafood rice. Seafood rice is a typical Spanish food called "Paelha".

In Portugal is very common for people to eat codfish in differents ways. I like it boiled it with potatoes. Actually, codfish with boiled potatoes is a typical dish of Christmas night in many Portuguese houses.

I like to eat most of them except eggs , my favorite food in this pages is beans i like to eat it so match .I like burger , pizza , grilled Chicken and kabab also its so delicious.

At breakfast I always ate bread and butter and coffee with milk, since I was a child. This breakfast is the most popular in São Paulo, Brazil.

I like pizza, kebab, bisuits and chocolate cake, hamburgers, in short, all the foot that make you fat...

From the food offered, I don't eat chips and cereal. I do not find this food good for health. I am following a paleo diet. I love salad, poultry, eggs, vegetables, nuts, berries and fruits. My favorite beverages are chicory coffee and herbal tea. Very rarely I eat bread and pasta. These are simple carbohydrates and I try to avoid them.
From foods that are on these food pages, I usually eat eggs, pasta with cheese and tomatoes and I often put some butter in pasta that make it less stuck. I like to eat salads with different vegetables, and sometimes I buy bread to eat with cheese, but as it's expensive and it make been fat, I don't eat these foods regulary. From others foods that are not in these pages and I often cook, I usually like to eat hot vegetables, rice, and I also try to make some cakes chen I have time. I also eat meat like chicken, beef or pork, it depends, but I try to not eat meat in every meal.

In the Vietnam, we rarely eat cereal and porridge, instead we eat rice and use chopsticks in a meal. but sometimes i buy a little cereal in the supermarket for a breakfast. when you guys come to Vietnam, you can find some foods such as ' Bún chả ' , 'pho' it means noodles.

I definitely eat most of these foods. Some food I eat more than other, for example I very rarely eat porridge but I think this is mistake because porridge is very healthy. I like eat beans for dinner and bread with butter and jam for breakfast, futher I like eat buns, rolls and bread with chocolate cream.
Every morning I eat bread,butter and I put the jam or chocolate on the bread and I drink a coffee. On the lunch I made a very delicious pasta. On the night I made in dinner some sandwiches with fried eggs, cheese and salad. Actually I don’t like beans and porridge but I like chips very much. In Tunisian we eat often couscous and this is our traditional food we can made it with fish or meat or vegetables.

I have never eaten cheese; basically, I do not eat or drink dairy products. They say a big lie to people that they are essential for the body due to being the great source of calcium. But they do not say to people when we heat them we kill the most useful enzymes that are necessary to absorb the calcium. For instance, when you drink a glass of milk, your body takes calcium from your bones to digest it. Food and medicine industry both are under political and economical governments policies. They make pain and then sell medicine or supplement to you.
I like to eat all these foods, not all these at the same time of course. I do not eat porridge at all but I like it just it is not my food pages.
