Discussion

It depends to whom I ask. I usually don't ask for any permission when I'm talking to a girl, It makes you look weak. just tell her "give your number, we'll chat later" or "give your number, I wanna talk to you later". other wise you ask politely by using could I have, I'd like to or would you.
What's your mobile phone number? or Please, can you give your mobile phone number?
I normally asked for the phone number after a long conversation and if us have something in common.
I'm Arabic and Islamic Teacher in Dubai. I want to participate in IELTS exam to go to any other country. I'm ready to practice with someone for IELTS purpose. Here is my whtsap. --------------------.

Hello Arabic-Expert

I can recommend a few resources for the purposes of preparing for the IELTS. The first is our IELTS section, where you can find some general advice on the different parts of the test as well as some more specific advice for the speaking exam. I'd also highly recommend visiting TakeIELTS, where there is a lot of detailed information and even some free practice materials, as well as this British Council channel in YouTube. Finally, I'd recommend taking a look at our Facebook page, where our team sometimes posts links to sites that could help you with the IELTS.

On a different note, I'm afraid our House Rules prohibit the sharing of personal information such as your phone number. This is why yours has been deleted from your comment.

I remember one day when a strange man asked my phone number and my answer was " sorry I don't remember it "
i think after we talk and if we want this continue then finally can i ask for the mobile number.
What's your mobile number? I think that question is a little rude, well it depends of the moment and the person who are talking. Maybe other way would to be: Could you give me your mobile number, please?

Hello Nadeem

I know some people keep track in a file on their computer, but I'm afraid that our system does not keep track of your progress or results. Sorry!

After a conversation, I said: "We could have a talk another day, but how do I find you?" And She gave me your mobile number.
