I cannot play those videos on my windows phone. Can any one help me regarding this..?

Hi niranjankumar47,

Try downloading and installing the latest version of the Adobe Flash player on your phone. That should take care of the problem, but if not, please let us know.

Hi, I would like to ask is it appropriate to say " Can you pass my phone to me, please?" Instead of " Can you pass me my phone, please?" :)

Hi,

Your version is fine and totally understandable, but I find it a little less natural than the other phrase.

I tried to check the correct answers but I failed. Could explained to me more please?

Hello Ibrahim,

Did you click on the 'Finish' button? That will show you the correct answers. If you did that already, please ask a more specific question. For example, you could tell us what you wrote for a question and explain why you chose that answer. We can help you better if we know what kind of error you made.

Hello, i just want to know if what is the difference between "could you" and "can you"? And why does "could you" sound more polite? Thank you!!

Hi Aaronmatthew,

This is explained on our can and could page, but in a nutshell, could is more formal and/or polite than can because it is less direct. In many European languages, including English, less direct requests are considered to be more polite.
