Hi Amel,
There are a number of structures that we can use, but the most common one for the present is the present simple and for the future either 'will + base form' or the 'will + -ing' construction:
I used to go dancing every week. [past habit]
I go dancing every week. [present habit]
I'll go dancing every week. [future habit]
I'll be going dancing every week. [future habit]
I hope that helps with your question.
Best wishes,

In your web site"Word on the Street" videos I don't see the section "Seat o the Street" that is always transmitted by television. I find it very interesting and useful for my school lessons. I hope you can help me.

Hi Linodip,
I'm afraid 'Seat on the Street' was one of the sections of 'Word on the Street' that we decided not to include on the website. I'll mention it to my colleagues who work directly on this series, but I suspect it's a final decision.
Sorry about that.
Best wishes,
