Bummer, I can't watch it. I hope maybe we can downloaded it someday. Thanks a lot!!

Hello thatsmyname1,

Have you tried downloading and installing the Adobe Flash Player on your device? That often solves video problems.

Best wishes,

I can't watch it

Hello Lkim,

The first thing I would suggest you do is download and install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player on your device. That usually solves video problems, but if not, please see if you can watch the video under the words 'Can't see the video? Click here!' on this page and let us know.

Best wishes,
Kirk

'Can't see the video? Click here!' can be seen, but ' Britain is Great' cannot.

Hello ruthfay,

Can you see the 'Can't see video?' link on this page? I don't see it here and am surprised that you can. In any case, I'd recommend you try a couple of things:

  1. install the Adobe Flash Player on your device, even if you already have it installed
  2. try viewing this page in a different browser or on a different device

If that doesn't work, please let us know what operating system and which browser (plus its version number) you're using and we'll try to help you.

All the best,
Kirk

Great video and activities!

Quality, price and the convenience of shopping are the differences respectively but because of modernization of shopping malls and the import and export of products, shopping becomes more easy and cheaper in my country.

invented in 1850 for Thomas Coke… FOr sounds strange ! I would have used BY: invented in 1850 by…. Please help me !! Mistake or new rules ?

Hello,

Yes, when we are describing the inventor we use 'invented by', but here Thomas Coke is not the inventor, but instead the name of the customer who asked for a new type of hat.

Best wishes,
