You have left it quite late - I think most of the tickets have been sold and the hotels are already booked! I suggest you go to the official ticket website at http://www.tickets.london2012.com/ and check there to see whether there are any tickets for the events you are interested in. Note that there are different ticketing systems depending on which country you are resident in.
