There are several elements to consider in a good business Cards. The language in a business Cards should be elegant and technical, Caring for and promoting the image of the company, as well as capturing a greater market is not only the exclusive responsibility of a marketing manager. The ability to negotiate, the power of persuasion and communication with clients is the responsibility of all the key members of the company, from the board of directors, to the sales force, production, marketing and customer service. Everyone at some point will be in need of writing a business Cards.
A business card is one of the most important and cost-effective marketing tools a business has. It has a dual purpose. It is a tool to remind people about your business and it is the source of contact information that will allow customers and prospects to reach you. Your business card should include your business name, your name, title, phone number, website, email address.
People in my country have on their business cards information such as company name, the person name, job title, address, phone number, e-mail, URL of their website, and some people have their photo on their business card

In terms of grammar, both sentences are perfectly fine. In terms of style, I think the first version is better as the second one contains a very long subject which may make the sentence harder to follow.

In my country every company has their own rules. public company have registered names and departments of empolyees in their cards. but private companies have different aspects. they have registered their names, positions, departments. in my card mentioned my name, my father's name, department as well as the issue date. i think, it might be very helpfull to register the names of empolyee, and the postion of empolyee also surename of staff.
In my country ,on business cards main information is name , last name, phone , email ,work name and country where was born.
In the majority of cases, business cards in my country give information such as company's name, address, phone number and director's name.
