STEP TWO: Your training

When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.

Before the pandemic I used to go to the gym but it has already been 5 months since I’m not going and I have been working out at home. I think that the most important is the instructor and nutrition plan, if you want to be stronger and have a good shape, but if you are interested in making friends, a comfortable not-loud social place is important too.
I love my gym. They offer a lot of benefits for memberships to explore. I swim, run, spin, and dance. They really know what they're doing. I spend time one to two hours for two or three days a week. I got better sleep, great shape, and new friends.
I love going to the gym since I can get along with my secondary school friend and talk gossips with them. We enjoy sharing a common goal that is to be stronger and healthier.
The most thing that I really liked it was the membership because there are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. You can start and stop whenever you want, and also the gym is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
I used to go to the GYM every morning. Now I'm in holidays and trying to give me body same fun and relax. Unfortunately, the gym not open 24hours. It starts open 6 o'clock am until 23 pm. In normal day, I prefer training my self in the morning early. In this way I can feel good all the rest of my day. It's weird feeling but amaizing.
I think joining the gym is so important for our health and our physical appearance. Everyone should find time to do exercise at least twice a week. Before I decide which gym to join, I check for some facilities if they are providing. First, the environment in the gym has to be clean and with air condition. It has to have all the necessary equipment in perfect condition and shower.
Each body is different and it requires an especific routine to work in own body, for a esthetic or health thing. I like assessment sesions and to have an expert private trainer , it must help me to achive my personal body goals
The most I like in a gym is the service by the trainers, because they can help you to learn how to do the excercise in the correct way. Also they know what you really need to achive your goals and they support you in the process.
I don´t like do excercise . But my boyfriend started in boxing classes and Iat the begining I didn´t sure if it was a good idea but now I love it. The team are very professionals and they enjoy give classes to poeple whitout professional level. When we were in the midle of COVID , many people lost the job , so this team offered free classes everyone to need it. Specially children that their parents didn´t have job.
I think the best advantage that you can get from gym is our own PT (Personal Trainer). Nowadays, we can just do any workout, anywhere and anytime. But finding a best way to do workout and get a full advice on how to manage our training and nutrition plan are the things that we can’t get just by starting a fitness by our own.
What would you like most in a gym? Hmm, I think that I want been a seek trainers on a gym with specialist knowledge. I think it beceause, a lot of time I met trainers which has fewer experience and knowledge than me. When I see that trainer I feel not good, because I want been seek person who will inspired me to develop my person and my skills. I wan't be better than instructors because is not good for my skills.
I've been to gym several times in Malaysia during study abroad. I often walked and ran on the treadmill. It was very effective for me to keep fit.
I don't like exercise. I don't really want to do it, but it is necessary for my health. If I do exercise, I want running machine. By using this machine, I can run and walk enough in the room. In addition, I don't have to worry about getting a sunburn.
What I want in a gym is a workspace. It's good if I could do exercise and work in the same space. Working remotely at the gym, it's happy for me that I can do work out soon there when I get tired.
Hello. I've never gone to a gym. Because the place where I live that there is not a gym. Therefore, I want to go there, but I can't. Where I live is very rural! These days I am exercising with my mother. We walk for 1 hour. It's good exercise for us. We want to continue exercising. If I could go to a gym, I'd like to use a running machine. Also, a good point of a gym is I can exercise with other people. Moreover, most gyms are open 24 hours so we can go to there anytime. I want to go a gym!
gym is amazing for me, I was training in a gym before the pandamic, my body has had so many results, also my muscles has built a lot... For me doing exercises aren't not just staying in shape or beauty, it is healthy at all, althoug so many people don't enjoy physical activities they are quite important for one healthy and long life.
Actually I don't go to a gym. And I've never done it. Telling the truth I can't identify myself as a conscientious exerciser. I often seek for a reason to avoid workouts and often find one. But, I always return to my sessions anyway. I prefer to do my workout at home - most in the mornings. Sometimes I go to the park on the free fitness equipments. I think it's great to do your fitness in the fresh air. After the ending, I like to run from the park to home. I use a wireless headset to do my exercises to a music.
I have been to gym twice. Then I used running machine. It’s good for me. The reason why I can change the running speed and I can know how many kilometers I running. And I don’t want to get a suntan. So running at the gym is best for me. When the corona virus pandemic is over, I would like to go to gym again.

If I entrance to a gym, it's good to have boxer size and dance lessons. I can enjoy exercising with these two. I think I can do my best even if it's hard because of the music. Also, I work out with many members, so I think we can deepen our relationship through lessons. However, when I want to exercise alone at my own pace, I want to use the pool. What I like most in the gim is a bunch of equipment.I can plan to exercise and cotrol my bodycodition on my own,so I need not to be support by trainer. I think the most important thing in the gym is the environment in which people interact. This is because it is difficult to continue exercising alone, and I think it will be easier to continue exercising if it has an environment where we can interact with other people and be stimulated. For example, the environment at this gym is each classes and training expert. In class, we can have fun training together by making friends to exercise, and we can be stimulated by seeing others as rivals. If it has experts, we can exercise with confidence because they provide peace of mind. 
I've never been to a gym so I can't really imagine what I'm like, but I don't like exercising, running or getting tired, so I think it's best to have a pace and a program that suits me, not strictly. .. Also, if the instructor is a kind and friendly person, I think that I can do my best without skipping it, so I would like to ask someone who suits me. And I think it's important for me to be easy to go because I'm tired of going if I'm not near my house.
What I want most in the gym is the shower room. Because I want to clean my body after sweating.The gym in my town has a pool, but I also want a shower room for those who don't enter the pool.

Firstly, I have never been to a gym. However, if I go to a gym, I would like a gym which has a lot of equipment such as treadmill and bench press. Also, I would like many activities. Firstly, I am not an active person in gym because I prefer play tennis or soccer instead. However, to my mind one of the most important thing I considerate when I go to the gym is the fact to be able to communicate with the people in there. This situation push my friends and many people I know to go at the gym everytime they have time to do it. i recent join to the gym. i think, the gym have got advantage and disadvantage. i would like most in a gym is a lot of equipment. with a lot of equipment you can do many different exercises . also, in the gym, you do exercises by led a instructor. but there are a lot of people in the gym, it is not so comfortable.
I was in a gym but the instructor made me do an exercise that I can't do, so I like to do in my house my exercise.
I recently joined a gym. The gym is around the corner to my house and easy excess. It's not a huge gym with cutting edge technology, but it is small and quiet with limited equipment. And this is what I like about this gym because it's not a very modern gym, no one likes to come here and it's very quiet and peaceful to do the workout. another thing I like about this gym is its staff, they always try to help you and greet you with smile. overall. I am enjoying my gym sessions in this gym.

I like treadmill the most in the gym. I have not been to the gym too much, but I always use this machine when I go there. I belonged to the track and field club during junior high and high school. So, I like running. Muscle is important for sprinter. I’m a muscular cause by this reason. In now cardio exercise is important for me. This exercise meaning long term exercise. For example, marathon, jogging and walking. This exercise effect is fat-burning, recovery from fatigue and flow acceleration. So, I try to do this exercise always. But these days Japan is rainy season. I recently doing this exercise in my house, I try to do my best.
Physical fitness is very important in this fast paced world. Gym plays an important role in keeping us fit. There are number of activities which we can do to stay fit but aerobics is my favorite. Your body gets fully stretched and flexible just doing aerobics for 30 min. Beacuse of the music, It also impacts your mind in a positive way. Let's dance and stay fit.
Recently I subscribed to a gym, but because the pandemic, the gym closes the doors. Currently, I work out in my own house, and is interesting and relaxing at this time. But really miss trained in a gym.
Unfortunately, I never went to the gym. I actually do not know why but I think it is probably due to the cost and the schedule. I have no car so I cannot go to the gym then go to work or make a stop to the gym after work before coming home. I should change my mind and consider at least three training at the gym per week because it is mandatory to do some exercise if you want to be healthy.
