Here's how it works:

STEP ONE: Your assessment

We begin with an assessment session. This is a chance for you to see what we do at Best Body. Our assessment plans are no-cost and no-risk. We'll also make a training plan specifically for you.

STEP TWO: Your training

When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.

STEP THREE: Your membership

Membership works on a month-to-month basis. There are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. Start and stop whenever you want. And the best part? Our fees are the most competitive in the whole downtown area.

STEP FOUR: Your community

At Best Body Fitness, we see everyone as part of a big team. And when you work with a team, you can do great things. Join any of our specialised classes, led by expert instructors. Come to our nutrition classes. Participate in our regular social events. Everything is included in your fee.

I would like a big gym that has a lot of equipments, I would like a training class with a expert instructor. I like meeting people there.

What I like about this gym is that the membership works on a month-to-month basis, with no sign-up or cancellation fees. It's always nice to have the option to work out at any time.
It is useful to start with an assessment session to create a personal training plan. I would most like a varied workout because I think it would be less boring. That would fit very well with my personal habits.

I want to nearby my house like my friends.One of the important things I think employees should be careful about hygen.Especially todays,on pandemic days it's super important.Except those, ı prefer gym which has quality sport equipments.For instance running band,ropes for jump,boxing bag etc. And I always pay attention to showers.Showers must be clean.

First of all, I'd like it to be near my house. Then, I'll expect it to be hygienic and fully equipped. Afterwards, I'll look at the fees and I'd definitely prefer a membership with no cancellation fees and no annual engagement, so that I can stop whenever it is convenient for me without worrying about the consequences.

A lot of things I like in the gym specially daily fitness classes , the advanced equipment's and swimming pool.

I am not usual at gym but I always do exercise on treadmill whenever I go. It is more beneficial than any other means of exercise. It increases my stamina.

This gym has big offer; facilities, comfort paying and several exercise plans. What attracts me is really the space they have, with short time waiting for using equipments.

Honestly, I prefer doing workouts at home, when nobody sees me. This way is more suitable for me than visiting a gym .

I never go to the gym.But I would like to go to the gym.Because when I do exercise at the home,it's right or wrong I don't know.And there's no one to correct the mistake. At the gym,it has trainer & lots of equipment.

At the last few years, I most like the Yoga lessons since it works on our body and soul. I like the breathing exercises which help me be calm and focused. The physical exercise helps me be healthy and strong.
