Here's how it works:

STEP ONE: Your assessment

We begin with an assessment session. This is a chance for you to see what we do at Best Body. Our assessment plans are no-cost and no-risk. We'll also make a training plan specifically for you.

STEP TWO: Your training

When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.

STEP THREE: Your membership

Membership works on a month-to-month basis. There are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. Start and stop whenever you want. And the best part? Our fees are the most competitive in the whole downtown area.

STEP FOUR: Your community

At Best Body Fitness, we see everyone as part of a big team. And when you work with a team, you can do great things. Join any of our specialised classes, led by expert instructors. Come to our nutrition classes. Participate in our regular social events. Everything is included in your fee.

i would like to reduce my weight

i would like to fit my belly and other parts of body

About me, I prefer running and muscle exercise.

So, I haven't gone to the gym for more than five years. But when I used to go there I've enjoyed it because I was shaping my body and it was always rewarding after work out. After read this text, I was wondering to join on community gym after the Covid-19 quarantine. But it hasn't finished yet.

i tried so exercises and sports and gym but i have interested in two sport it is swimming and running i think both of them are complement and they cause a full fitness body

I consider that the instructor is one of the most important things that must be present, also the rhythm of the exercise. I don´t go to the gym, but I can say that it is something very complete, it relaxes your mind and helps your physical condition.

I am not very good at exercise so I would like someone to instruct me the first weeks. I would like you to have a good payment plan and kind attention.

I don't go to a gym since I exercise at home, but something I would like about one would be the treadmills and the space they have for any routine.

Before the pandemic I used to go to the gym but it has already been 5 months since I’m not going and I have been working out at home. I think that the most important is the instructor and nutrition plan, if you want to be stronger and have a good shape, but if you are interested in making friends, a comfortable not-loud social place is important too.

I love my gym. They offer a lot of benefits for memberships to explore. I swim, run, spin, and dance. They really know what they're doing. I spend time one to two hours for two or three days a week. I got better sleep, great shape, and new friends.
