I know that one of my former colleague is very good at job, and in my opinion she is more experienced than many other technical engineers even though she is just an assistant in the office. Because she has worked in her company for over ten years, and she loves learning new knowledge when working.
I know some persons who really good at their job. They keen on their job and have a high focus on their tasks. They always want to enhance their knowledge and skills to ensure the job gets better.
Yes, I know a lot of people who are good at their job. My husband is one of them. He's a mechanical engineer and he really loves his career. He tries to improve himself and always does the best he can. He's seriously engaged and fully comitted to his work. His boss appreciates his work and knows he is doing a great job.
I know a few persons who are really good at their work. And I hope very much that I am good at my work too.
Oh, yeah. I know plenty of guys who really good at their job. They all inspired me to better myself, motivated me to do my job as best as I can, became who I am. I think it's particularly important to the young employees to have near someone with whom to take an example, who can elevate your skills. And I'm just talking not about hard skills but about soft skills as well. You can learn how to work in a team, how to motivate yourself, how to cope with deadline times etc. And don't forget about this when you become a professional yourself - help your own youngers in return.
