How do you feel about queuing?

If you’ve been to Britain, do you think it’s true what Tess and Ravi said – are the British good at queuing?

How about queues in your country? Do people queue up politely or do they jump the queue? Do you jump the queue?

We’d love to hear from you - write your answers in the comments.

Hello,
I like queuing as it shows discipline. In India i get fustrated in queue when i have to buy local train to go to college, most people come in between the queue, and they start arguing when someone asked them to go to the last, they are not polite  enough.
I think Britishers are polite enough and they follow queue strictly. I wish I would be there some day.

Hi Adam,

We have a page which talks about question tags, don't we? And if there is could you please tell me where I can find it?
By-the-way how are you doing? It's always been great to read the replies from you and your team. Please keep the great work going.

Thank you so much,
Sagar.

Hi Sagar,
Yes, there is a page about question tags and another one here. You can find these pages yourself by using the site search feature at the top-right hand corner of every page.
And I'm doing fine, thanks! But I need some help to answer all these questions, so I'm trying to add some new members to the team.
Best wishes,
Adam

Hello, I want to ask a question about english grammar . I dont know How to use this site. Can any one clear my doubt that I can use this site for asking question , if so where can I ask? How long will take to answer ? Can I ask any time? Where will publish question and answer? Please help me.Thanks

Hello Rasheed,
You can answer questions on LearnEnglish and sometimes they will be answered, although there is no guarantee. The answer might come quickly or it might take days or even weeks.
The best page to ask a question is one where it is relevant. So, if you have a question about IELTS, ask it on a page about IELTS. If you have a question about modal verbs, ask it on the page about modal verbs. You might find the answer is already on the page!
Best wishes,
Adam

Hallo. In Kenya commuters like queuing at the bus station. The queues are very very long. They go round buildings .The last person stand next to the first person in the queue. Kenyan are as polite as the English in queues. Old people and women with children are usually allowed to jump the queue.
