Hello I am a new member

Hello Adam, thank you for your great effort to improve our English.  I've been listening your elementary podcast for one year. I like it very much. I can understand your conversation. Tess, Ravi and the others are very lovely.  They're speaking slowly.  I wonder how is their daily conversation ? Sometimes I could not understand "word on the street" because they are fast. What about Tess and Ravi ?Is it possible to hear about their daily conversation?  Thank you so much.. Bye..

Thanks for your kind words about the podcast. I'm really glad you've found it so useful.
Yes, Word on the Street is more difficult than Elementary Podcasts. Have you tried listening to Big City Small World? I think that on average it's somewhere between the other two, so it might be a useful step up for you from Elementary Podcasts.
We don't have any plans to use Tess and Ravi in a more difficult series, but nothing is certain!
Best wishes,
The LearnEnglish Team

Hello everybody . now i can say that i have an idea about British food . I think today when we talk about food we talk about a global culture cooking . and for that we find the Indian  spices used around the world also we find the Italian paste food and the pizza on the Arabic restaurants....
In Algeria also you can find food from all over the world China , Syria , France ... but if you want to try the Algerian food you will look to a long list of traditional Algerian food . shakhshekha and keskous are  the most famous dishes . and also in Algeria you can find that every city characterized by her dishes : in Constantine there is keskous . in Baskra you find dawara . in Annaba you find bourak and I love it lot it's so delicious . and that’s just a little . for that I think that Algeria have special culture cooking . but in the other side the Algerian food is not so healthy because it focuses on the pastry and used a lot of spices .

Hmmm i am a student and i am living in Baki.....i think the best job is interpreter in English.....I want to be an interpreter because i love English
