  • after some verbs, e.g. 'Are you waiting to see me?'
  • after some adjectives, e.g. 'His accent is really difficult to understand.'
  • to give reasons for actions, e.g. 'We went to the shops to buy some dinner.'

Which of these two sentences are correct: I came here five times bt u are not here. I came here five times but you were not here.

I had come here five time but you were not here

Logically, the second is more likely. However, if the person were speaking on the phone to someone then the first one might be possible.
