I would attend all, just curiosity.

I would like to attend the session Managing change with Akira Yoshida, because I am used to working always the same way, but change is necessary to find new and creative ways to do things.

I agree with you, it's very important for companies, it can manage changes, but I think managers must give certainty to their employess for them can follow the goals of the company.

I will attend "Managing change", because the companies changes each moment and it's important that employess to kown how to control the changes and them can see positives changes in the company.

I am more into managing change, In a world characterized by speed and amazing change we should be able to take advantage of it other than being crushed underneath.

I would attend the session related to Leading small businesses since I plan enter into venture soon. I think it is very important to get tips and ideas about small business operations management to better face competition and avoid failure.

If i could participate in some of these sessions i prefer Leading small businesses and Conflict management and Management styles.because i want to know more about the management and learn how to manage conflicts in workshop and how to lead businesses.
