About sport: Another typicall sport comes from one part of France which is near montains in south of France (Pyrénées): Pays Basque. It's called "la Pelote basque" and players use a sort of long bag named "shistera". They have a very elegant movement for throwing the ball on a big wall. Every village in "Pays Basque" has such a special wall for playing "pelote basque".
But it's played in South America too, in an other way (faster).
An ancient french sport was not far from this one (in eighteen century). It was played with a ball too, which was thrown with the hand on a big wall. It was called "le jeu de paume".

Well, i don't watch football because i prefer read a book but sometimes when i have nothing to do i like watch football particularly when French plays. Sometimes, i play football but not all the time, just with my brother !

Personally, I am not a football fan. But, I like watch women's football match either men's football. I think women are technically better and unless they play slower, the match is interesting.

Personally, I like to watch men's football but I dislike the women's football.
According to me, the women players looks too mannish so, it's quite (I'm sorry) disturbing.
But, I have to recognize that the women's French team is better than the men's French team.
Women have often finished on the top of lot of international competition, contrary to men.

I'm living in Lyon, in France.
Here, we have a sport which, according to me, represents perfectly the french culture. It is the petanque.
The players seem to be come from a Marcel Pagnol movie with their shoes, their shorts and their caps.
They use to have a strong french accent and to argue.

I'd like to meet Johnny Deep!
OK, I know what you think: you think about his beauty.
But, not only he's beautiful but, especially he is according to me, the best actor all over the world.
He is very smart, brilliant: you can see that with his film's choices.
He looks to be not interested by the way that people feel about him.
He looks to be a good father and aware about the world.
