Complain in differents situation is very important for your social development I think. So parents must teach there childs how express their feelings to another person, for example how talk with another person about something that's annoying for them. In that way when you are an adults you can complain when you feel that is necessary.
I do complain always when in a shop or restaurant give to me something wrong or that I haven't ask. For example I can't eat avocado, so when a waiter bring me my sandwich I alway check it is OK my request

As for me, i complain if I receive bad service because it's of value which is to be paid for.
Yes. I complain if such happen.
Yes. I agree. Because, we aren't the same everyone has ways of reacting to a circumstance.

As a company that builds customer service software, we're sensitive to bad customer feedback.

Do you complain when you get bad service?Well,Not really.I just don't go back to the restaurant or any place that they don't do a good job.
I just let it go.

hi there
in the 17th line , the transcript is "... we're finished the podcast ...." .
but isn't this sentence wrong grammatically ??

Hi ragamin,

Well spotted! The sentence is indeed incorrect. It is a typo and should read 'we've' not 'we're'.

Thank you for pointing out the mistake. I've corrected it in the transcript.

Well,I'm not interested in architecture at all but the guy I now want to graduating in architecture university.

I think that I rarely complain if they have a bad service but after that I never go back there.

I complain for a bad service on rare occasions. If the people start to apologize I feeling uncomfortable. But if the service staff answer me unfriendly and rude I immediately start to nervous, flushing and swallow words.
So I prefer keep silent and never visit this place in future

Steve's talk about architecture was very interesting. My daughter is also a Zaha Hadid fanatic, that's why I knew something about her. My daughter is an architect too, and she regretted the death of Zaha Hadid so deeply.
I never complain when I receive bad service. I just do not go back there in the future, as much as possible. Although sometimes you can not avoid it, because it's a public office, or something like that. In that case, the bureaucracy worsens the whole situation.
