Well first of all let me introduce myself Hi my name is Sali im from Macedonia im 23 unemployed boy for 2 full years it's really hard to find your ''dream job'' becouse in the City i live its a small town with a small number of residents and you don't have some great choices when work is coming in the first place i've studied English for 8 years and im pretty good at it it become my passion when i was 11 year old and i'm definitely sure that my ''dream job'' would be somewhere in U.K or U.S.A becouse i learn quick and also im really clever honestly i hope you'll choose me becouse i need to win becouse im sure this is my chance for the job i always wanted to work for my better future i hope i will hear from you guys soon best wishes Sali.

what is the meaning of regularly irregular

It's hard for us to be certain about the answer we give without context, but this would normally refer to something or someone who is irregular in a regular kind of way, i.e. that is often irregular.
