Yes, the video container has appeared and even the sound is playing but the video still isn't. It only shows starting cover picture

Dear Team, I didn't catch that what Rob said at the beginning of the video " I hope you drive a car better than you ---- a boat." What's the word in the blank? Thank you so much.

The word Rob says is 'steer'. It's perfectly fine to use 'drive a boat' here as well.
