Usually using Whatsapp messages fo people
For several years now, I have been sending or leaving messages via WhatsApp or Signal.
I often leave messages in notes I stick the notes in a place that the person couldnt let to see for example on their monitors this talking about the office , but with my family I leave text message.
I just call to tell my friend what I need and if he didn't respond then I just leave a what's app message
I rarely write notes because not not everyone can notice immediately. I prefer sending messages for people always have their phone with them wherever they go.
Both of them are good ways to remind others about their tasks, especially at work.
Because I work remotely, I can’t leave notes for my colleagues. On the other hand, even before the era of remote work, I didn’t leave notes either. At work, I prefer to send emails or schedule meetings in the calendar. In my private life, with friends or family, I prefer to call because it’s faster to arrange something, whether it’s a meeting or getting some information.
