The last application I completed is for an online course. I registered with my personal data to be able to join a course.
The last application form I filled out was at a hotel. They asked for everything they needed.
The last form I completed was a passport application. I had to fill out the form and take a special photo that met specific requirements. I also had to go to another city because there isn’t a passport office where I live.
The last application form that I completed was my university admission form. I filled in all the information required to enroll myself for the English programme. It got approved and now im happily studying there.
The last one was a train subscription applicant form, and I have to attach some other official papers with it like a letter from my university, national ID, and a lot of photos.
The activity was about putting words in the correct order to make complete sentences. It helped me practise grammar and understand how English sentences are structured.
