I would be very happy to attend most of these conference sessions because they seem interesting to me. I am not a leader and I don’t want to be one, but it is still good to learn about giving feedback and managing change. These skills can help you at work as an employee and also in your private life.
We often encounter changes in life. At work, this can happen when we change teams, projects, or workplaces. In our personal lives, it can happen when we have to move out of our apartment, take out a loan, or deal with other important situations.
thank a lot my teacher. I try to improve other skills.
Great!!
If I could attend the conference, I would choose to attend Leading in Uncertain Times with Omar Abboud and Managing Change with Akira Yoshida.
The ability to face change and uncertainty at work is one of the most important skills employees can have. I believe it helps employees maintain good performance even in uncomfortable situations and even rise to the occasion.
Actually I appreciate the whole conference program!, it’s so interesting and in my opinion the employees and managers really value learning these skills. I would like to attend “Managing change” conference because I think it is so crucial to know how to deal with changes in a constantly changing world. It’s also crucial because changes can generate a lot of stress and can affect to interpersonal relationships.
I wanted to attend "Using Storytelling in Leadership Communication" because the discussion was quite interesting, and storytelling is crucial in a team. For example, when we encounter a problem, we can solve it by telling a story, which can help speed up the resolution.

I would choose “Developing Creative Thinking in Your Team.” I believe creative thinking is very important in today’s world because it helps us find new ideas and better solutions. By learning this, I can improve my skills and help my team work more effectively and confidently.
