I think I would like to attend Developing creative thinking in your team with Mariana Silva. As a leader of a team, I sometimes find it difficult to motivate my team to think creatively. The result of this is the team performance will decrease significantly if the member only rely on the leader's ideas.
Great Choice
I would attend the storytelling session because I believe a great leader can really inspire people with a good story. I'm a social media manager, so I can use the ideas from the workshop to create catchy content and communicate better with my clients.
I would attend a conflict management session with Tracy Edwards because it teaches how to handle disputes effectively and turn problems into advantages that drive development. Learning problem-solving is the main reason I want to attend, as I always prefer to look at the glass half-full.
I would attend giving feedback with Amelia Novak because it's quite important to incorporate the feedback of team members. That action would help the team to manage risks and to collect creative ideas.
I would attend the "Giving Feedback" session because it is very important to check in with your team about things that happen during a process or task, whether they go well or not. This helps reinforce knowledge and identify opportunities for improvement.
I'd like attend Mariana Silva's programme on Developing creative thinking because it will help me to develop new perspectives, improve my problem-solving skills, and support my personal growth also seeing what's popular trend today.
Reading is the key that unlock the doors of knowledge , vocabulary and imagination. Every great journey begins with opening a book.
The conference I'd attend is on management styles because by thinking deeply about them, we can adopt a style that best fits our team's abilities.
I would attend the section before the afternoon because i want to have lunch and i`m not interested in this conference.
