For me, I would like to attend "Developing creative thinking in your team". Creative thinking can help to find out different ways facing uncertainly around the job. Not only receive instruction from the boss, employee may think more about how the work be done better.
I’d attend the conference about Developing creative thinking in your team with Mariana Silva. Because I believe that I can learn from it for thinking creatively and explore the different things with my team.
I’d like to attend the meeting session about learning how to use storytelling in leadership communication with Antoine Martin. Since I realised that the abilities of expressing your ideas and perusing one person’s mind are becoming more important in current society. Whether at workplace or in your social networking world. Caused of that, I’m very curious with the real power of what this communicating skill will bring to me.
I'd attend the meeting about how can you manage conflicts in your workplace. Tracy Edwards tells really common problem in society, furthermore, how to solve that. I want to have this skill because when you're in stress situation might lose in tears.
Explore the different ways to give feedback to maximise development, with Amelia Nova. I chose it because, it is a way to motivate people to be better and try to do things in differents ways and finally to identify strengths.
Thank you for sharing this lessons. This was useful for me learn new words in corporate world.
I would be very happy to attend most of these conference sessions because they seem interesting to me. I am not a leader and I don’t want to be one, but it is still good to learn about giving feedback and managing change. These skills can help you at work as an employee and also in your private life.
We often encounter changes in life. At work, this can happen when we change teams, projects, or workplaces. In our personal lives, it can happen when we have to move out of our apartment, take out a loan, or deal with other important situations.
thank a lot my teacher. I try to improve other skills.
Great!!
If I could attend the conference, I would choose to attend Leading in Uncertain Times with Omar Abboud and Managing Change with Akira Yoshida.
The ability to face change and uncertainty at work is one of the most important skills employees can have. I believe it helps employees maintain good performance even in uncomfortable situations and even rise to the occasion.
