I would like attend Developing creative thinking in your team, our vision can sometimes be clouded by routine, causing us to lose our creativity. Maybe developing creative thinking many ideas become our team, see the things from another perspective is good for all.
I would like to attend "Giving Feedback because I want to explore the different ways to give feedback to maximise development. This conference would be great, because I give feedback every week to my teachers.

Throughout 'A conference Program', I learned how scheduling the program is and what the role of each of participants should take place. For me, I would like to attend all sessions if they are one after one, all could be useful and worthy. However, the one that is most interesting to be attended is Managing International Projects with Alisa Petrov. In my opinion, I think it is important to be with a team multiple cultures which are positive for the successful of the project. That means it will be different minds within a team.
I would like to attend the Conflict Management course because I am currently in a conflict with my employer, and I want to learn how to manage this conflict in the best possible way.
