This reading help me as a part to improve my reading skill. My choice for a meeting to attend will be 'leading small businesses' by Cheng Wei. My reason for choosing this meeting is I need to lead businesses from a small stage so to be a leader is to be a learner.
I would attend the Management Styles Session, as the more a person can manage and control himself, the better he can lead others and get the best work from them.

The conference programme topics are quite interesting for me. Among the topics, I would like to attend 'Leading in uncertain time ' by Ommar Abboud which is what I need to learn and develop self-confidence. Before leading the team, I want to know how I can lead positively in a time of uncertainty.
