All conference Sessions are interesting for me, I will attend them all. As a team leader, I face different challenges at work; the session would be a good addition.
In my point of view, all the topic's conference is relevant for a company. Also, I really learnt how the sentences of different topics are structured and the level of the vocabulary. I really enjoyed this first reading course. I hold this, to thank British online English course, my favorite.

Thanks for the study material!
Using storytelling in leadership communication
I would attend this conference because I would like to learn how to use stories in my communication. I believe storytelling would help me explain my ideas better, motivate my team, and make them feel more connected.
I think this activity is poorly written because it's difficult to for students to know how to describe the programme using future tenses at a B1 level. The sentences are rather challenging as well
There are three interesting topics for me. Leading in uncertain times, Developing creative thinking in your team, and Conflict management. It seems that the topics can bring us as a leader of our businesses to be able adapt in any situation.
I would attend the conflict management class because I want to learn how to manage problems in my future team at work and contribute to the development of my company.
Well, that is really good question. Honestly, I would like to attend a Conflict management session
with Tracy Edwards. I will be pretty useful and helpful for me due to my conflictology study. This lecture will broaden my knowledge about this science and raise up my skills for future career.
I'm really interested in attending a conflict management session. Conflict may lead our team member to a negative way; however, when we manage it well, it will help us think more creatively.
