I'm really interested in attending a conflict management session. Conflict may lead our team member to a negative way; however, when we manage it well, it will help us think more creatively.
I would attend to the marketing technology session because it is highly relevant to my future career. It would not only help me develops practical skills but also broaden my understanding of the latest trends in the field of technology.
I will attend the Giving Feedback conference because, in my personal experience, it's one of the most important tasks a leader must perform. I truly believe that employees can improve their skills and teams can develop more effectively when they understand their successes and failures. This really keeps them motivated and focused.
I would attend Management styles conference by Helena Clark. Considering the different management styles can be useful for a team to success in their goal.Same kind of management style for long time can be monotonous and unsuccessful , it needs to be changed with the circumstances.
In my personal opinion, the conference with Omar A. Is one of the most important in the business management, due to empathize with your coworkers about the situation brings security and a sense of belonging that is necessary for to keep your company.

I would lile to attend business development to gain ideas in how to build a new business because I want to create my own business later.
I want to attend the Leading Small Businesses Conference by Cheng Wei, since the model for the big firms can be complicated to understand and apply, or modify the knowledge to the small startup businesses, thus it is important to be educated on how to manage and create a successful model for the small businesses as an entrepreneur.
For me would it be really interesting attending the programm of "Using storytelling in leadership coummunication", cause I was always wondering why some leaders sometimes tell stories in their speaches but I did not know that it is a technique and it could be helpful in the context of managing.
