STEP ONE: Your assessment

We begin with an assessment session. This is a chance for you to see what we do at Best Body. Our assessment plans are no-cost and no-risk. We'll also make a training plan specifically for you.

STEP TWO: Your training

When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.

STEP THREE: Your membership

Membership works on a month-to-month basis. There are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. Start and stop whenever you want. And the best part? Our fees are the most competitive in the whole downtown area.

Personally, I don't attend a gym due to my age. But I'll try the gym and see if it's good for my body I will visit the gym regularly

i been going to the GYM with my aunts an counsins and now i feel like my day is comlete, like i am more active person, i go to the collague in the morning, afternoon is for homework and study and nigth is for an hour of GYM and then my night routine and i go to sleep very tired

For me, i dont go to the gym, but i do some home workouts. its effective if i commited to it, i have created a workout plan with AI help, and what i love about it is i can do it on my own pace. I usually  exersice for 30 to 40 minutes a day, five days a week.

I’m not sure what I would like most in a gym. I prefer going to the swimming pool or running outside. The gym has never been a place I go to very often.

However, I can imagine that if I started going to a gym, I would need to feel comfortable there. First of all, the membership should be on a month-to-month basis. Secondly, because I don’t have much experience with gym training, I would need support from experts who can show me how and what to exercise.

Finally, I think the community is important. When you meet nice, supportive people and can exchange experiences, it’s easier to stay motivated to exercise, even on bad days.

I would like to start with the most important thing. I like playing sports, but working out at the gym is very difficult for me, especially during winter when I can’t practice team sports outside. However, I know that maintaining a healthy body requires exercising for at least 30 minutes a day. Many scientists talk about this and give strong reasons.

I often do exercise every weekend, I walk in the park near my house. Sometime I will play badminton with my friend. Do exercise help me happy and reduce stress after work. So when I have time I will do exercise.

Hello everyone! I go to the gym three times a week and I love it! What I like the most is that I can go whenever I want because it is open from 7 am to midnight. Also, I like that it is not usually crowded, so I can swim at my own pace.
